A customer was convinced they had a couple of hundred agents in their Microsoft 365 tenant. When they looked, there were 3,000. This story from Joy Apple’s live demo of Orchestry‘s new agents dashboard in our video show “Guardians of M365 Gvernance” with Christian Buckley sums up the state of AI governance in 2026: you…
Counting logins and prompts tells you nothing about whether Microsoft 365 Copilot is actually creating business value. That was the central message from Lisa Vanderlip, Managing Principal at WyseMinds, in Episode 31 of Guardians of M365 Governance, hosted by Joy Apple, Ragnar Heil, and Christian Buckley. From Per-User License to Consumption Billing Cowork requires the $30 Microsoft 365 Copilot license just for access. Once a user is licensed, actual usage is billed separately through Copilot Credits — the same currency already used for Copilot Studio agents and Work IQ APIs. In Episode 28 of Guardians of M365 Governance, I sat down with Christian Buckley, Joy Apple, and MVP Ben Stegink to discuss how to actually make the…
Microsoft 365 Copilot just got a new thinking partner — and most users are briefing it the wrong way. You already use Copilot Researcher for deep research tasks. But since Microsoft added Anthropic’s Claude models — including Claude Opus — to the Researcher experience, the rules of engagement have changed. Not because the model is…
