Preview of Microsoft Forms Pro starts soon – and empowers Dynamics 365

An advanced Solution for Company Surveys was added to the roadmap called “Forms Pro”

It seems that main focus is about getting feedback in real-time with deeper integration into Dynamics 365, Common Data Services (CDS) and Power Platform Products like PowerApps, Microsoft Flow and PowerBI. Exciting to see how surveys are going to empower these new Content Services Process Automations, Business Intelligence and Customer Relationship Management Tools.
