The Logitech Zone Wireless 2 (Amazon Affiliate) is a cutting-edge business headset with exceptional audio quality, advanced noise cancellation, and seamless connectivity. It arrived 4 weeks ago, and I could test it on the road when doing hybrid flex work and also in my garden (Yes! Spring is here, and it is warm), where I cannot control background noise as easily at my desk in my home office.

Zone Wireless 2 offers a longer wireless range of up to 170 feet, compared to Zone Wireless 1’s range of up to 100 feet. The Zone Wireless 2 also has a longer battery life, with up to 40 hours of music listening and 18 hours of talk time. The sensors know when the headset is removed and automatically pause music or video, providing a seamless user experience. Usually, I move the microphone boom arm up and down to turn on/off mute.

How do I switch the audio on my Zone Wireless 2 headset between two simultaneously connected devices?
You can switch from the USB receiver to Bluetooth: Play audio on the connected Bluetooth device. Audio will start playing automatically as the Bluetooth connection takes priority over the USB receiver.
Headset Software: Logi Tune offers personalized Audio
The Logi Tune software allows users to customize their headset experience, including personalized audio settings, EQ (only in Android and iOS App, not Windows11 or MacOS), and noise cancellation levels. The software also updates firmware to ensure the headset remains up-to-date with the latest features and improvements.

Two-Way Noise-Free Calls with Superior Noise Canceling Mics

Remember to switch “Advanced Call Clarity” in the Logi Tune App. This feature is compelling and helpful; I rarely haven’t seen it in any headset on the market. If you are on a call and in a silent environment and cannot hear the other party speaking in a noisy environment, Enhanced Call Clarity helps you hear the other party more clearly.
Low mode is recommended for normal office noise, and High mode is recommended for loud outside noises such as on the street, at train stations, construction sites, or at the airport. Don’t use both options in silent environments when you record podcasts or run a webinar,

My verdict
In conclusion, the Logitech Zone Wireless 2 is a premium business headset with exceptional audio quality, advanced noise cancellation with 3 different types, and seamless, stable connectivity. Its long battery life, replaceable parts, and certified carbon-neutral status make it an ideal choice for businesses investing in a sustainable and high-quality headset solution. It features 180° rotating speakers, a silicone-wrapped headband, and an adjustable headband design, which is very comfortable and looks great. Please check if the pressure on your ears is not too intense. The headset has physical buttons, which I still enjoy, and a touch-sensitive area for control – best of both worlds. It offers multi-pairing, easy setup, and wireless call answering for computers and smartphones. You won’t find the latest Bluetooth 5.3; you get 5.2, and can connect to 2 different devices simultaneously. EPOS IMPACT 1000 would make a difference here for these 2 aspects, it connects to 3 device with multi-pairing. I have never missed busylights which are missing here. Nevertheless, Logitech always makes a difference with many helpful features and IT Admin options in their rich Logitech Sync and Logi Tune Apps. You experience a lot of noise from people in your meetings and calls? Then don’t look any further, here Logitech Zone Wireless 2 can shine, this is a USP.
